What people usually ask
What happens when I finish a task that others depend on?
They unlock themselves the moment you mark the previous one as done, show up in “Up next” and we let you know. If a task was waiting for several, it unlocks when the last one is done. And if you reopen the previous one, it gets blocked again.
Is it free?
Yes. The Free plan is forever and needs no card: 2 projects, up to 60 open tasks and every view, including dependencies, sprints and the map. You can also try the demo without creating an account.
What are the limits of each plan?
Free: 2 active projects, 60 open tasks at a time and just you. Pro: unlimited projects and tasks, and up to 5 people to assign tasks to. Team: the same as Pro with no limit on people; shared projects are coming soon. Done tasks don't count.
How do Google Drive links work?
Paste the link to a document, sheet or folder in the task and tokidu recognises it as Drive and shows it with its icon. We don't ask for access to your Drive or copy files: we only keep the link. In Pro and Team you can also pin a Drive folder per project.
Does it work for teams?
In Free you work alone. In Pro you can assign tasks to up to 5 people. With Team you'll soon be able to share projects with other accounts, decide who can edit and see the change history, at a flat price instead of paying per seat.
How do I cancel?
From “Account”, in one click and with no lock-in. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then the account goes back to Free. We delete nothing: your projects and tasks stay right there.
