The service
tokidu is a manager for projects, sprints and tasks with dependencies, offered by Sinergia Barcelona. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Your account
You must be of legal age or have permission to use the service. You're responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. Let us know if you think someone has accessed it without permission.
Plans and payments
- The Free plan never expires and has the limits shown in Pricing.
- The Pro and Team plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel them.
- Prices include VAT. Payment is made through Cifrago, Sinergia Barcelona's payment gateway.
- There's no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want from “Account”. You keep the plan until the end of the period already paid, and then the account goes back to Free without losing your data.
- A period already charged is not refunded, except where consumer law says otherwise, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase.
- If we change a price we'll tell you by email at least 30 days in advance; it applies from the next renewal.
Your data and your content
What you create in tokidu is yours. We only use it to provide the service and you can delete it, along with your account, whenever you want. Google Drive links point to files that stay in your Drive: tokidu doesn't copy them.
Acceptable use
Don't use tokidu for illegal activities, to store content you have no right to share, or to try to compromise the service or other users'. We may suspend an account that breaks this, letting you know beforehand whenever possible.
Availability
We work to keep tokidu available at all times and make regular backups, but we can't guarantee an uninterrupted service. We recommend keeping your important documents in your own Drive. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the last twelve months.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything relevant we'll let you know by email in advance. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer.
